Over the next few weeks, we are going to take a look at how different churches across the country have successfully promoted their SecureGive kiosks. This may include signage, printed materials, blog announcements, the use of video, and announcement from the web-site. As always, we appreciate your insight. So, if you would like to share ways your church has successfully implemented SecureGive, email your story to connect@securegive.com.
The recurring theme you will notice from these spotlighted is the importance of educating your members. Whatever means you use to convey your announcement, the message needs to remain simple. Your message may consist of offering convenience, background information, offering new opportunities to give, etc.
Here, we spotlight Stevens Creek Church (Come’on now, who else did ya think we’d start with?). Stevens Creek began using their website to educate their members on the benefits and purpose behind adding the giving kiosks in the atrium. This is a simple, yet effective way to promote the kiosks as many of your members consistently browse your church’s website to stay in touch with the latest news and events.
