One thing I have learned in our 5 year journey with SecureGive is the importance of vision casting. Growing up, my father would tell me every week “If you believe, you can achieve”. So many times in fact, that it often became a joke to us as we merely coined it off as another one of ‘Dad’s Cheesy Cliches.’
Those words had a permeating effect, though. An effect that still carries out to this day. One thing that has been a staple in the progression of SecureGive over the last 5 years is vision. It blows my mind when I step back and observe the power that vision holds. In our world, this entails specific ministries we desire to serve, advancements in our software, and new markets we dream of penetrating. Looking back over last year, it is amazing to see the goals that we claimed in January come to fruition by the end of the year. In 2010, we outgrew our previous best year by 225%. We currently serve 13 & 14 of the top 100 largest & fastest growing churches, respectfully in America.
So, I ask you today… Pray boldly this year! Dream big! If your focus is in the right place, the rest will ultimately follow suit.
